Mr. Harry Truong

Hello everyone! My name is Harry Truong and I am one of the World Humanities teachers at Samueli Academy. I was born and raised nearby in Westminster and earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UC San Diego. Afterward, I obtained my Master’s Degree in Urban Education from Loyola Marymount University. Before Samueli Academy, I spent 3 years teaching high school English up in Delano, California, and another year teaching English as a Second Language in Vietnam. Returning to teach in Orange County has always been a dream of mine and I hope to embark on a lifelong journey with Samueli Academy. Outside of the classroom, I love to travel to expand my perspective and rock climb to keep myself grounded.
