Born and raised on the Central Coast of California, Haley Speicher-Cecil moved to Southern California for college where she graduated with her B.A. in Liberal Studies and Special Education Credential from California State University, Northridge. From there she began her career in education at Aspire Public Schools in Huntington Park, California as an education specialist where she focused on advocacy for inclusive education and differentiated instruction. Haley Speicher-Cecil continued her education during this time, earning a Master’s of Science in Special Education through California State University, Long Beach. Starting in 2020 she became a part of the SamFam as the Student Services Coordinator, and is thrilled to continue her passion for inclusion, accessibility and advocacy at Samueli Academy and to be a part of the Firewolf community!
