Anna Kietzman is a professional vocalist living in Orange County. Originally from Montana, Anna moved to the West Coast in 2011 to pursue a degree in Music Composition from Biola University. She went on to pursue her Masters of Arts in Teaching for Secondary Music Education and her credential at Chapman University (Graduation Summer 2021). In her time at Biola she performed in many college operas and shows, most notably as The Queen of the Night in Mozart’s “The Magic Flute”. Anna was also involved in Vocal Jazz and Chorale vocal ensembles.
Anna has been the featured soloist and soprano since 2016 with Choral Arts Initiative, an Orange County professional choral ensemble dedicated to singing works by living composers. You can catch her performing at any live jazz or Musical Theater gig she can get her hands on in the Orange County area. She plays piano and leads worship at her local church in Tustin, and enjoys painting, playing guitar and ukulele, weight-training, yoga, and horseback riding in her free time!
Anna previously worked at Disneyland for 6 years in Disney Performing Arts as a Guest Talent Coordinator and Youth Education Series facilitator. She was selected to be part of a small team that adapted a music program for Disney’s California Adventure Park under the Youth Education Series. She still sprinkles in Disney magic wherever she can in her teaching, and will always push her students to out-dream themselves in a way that Walt Disney would be proud of.
