I was born in the lovely desert of Apple Valley, California. I spent most of my youth playing soccer and trying to make my friends laugh 24/7. I attended the University of California, Merced where I got my degree in Psychology. I was fortunate enough to work in three psych. research labs at the same time (Yes, I even wore a lab coat sometimes). From there, I started working in various jobs in education. I got my start as an A.V.I.D. tutor in SAUSD and as a substitute teacher in GGUSD. This solidified my passion for teaching. I attained my single subject credential in social sciences from Concordia University, Irvine. Some of my other passions is coaching and playing soccer (I have coached at Samueli since 2017), doing sketch comedy (attended The Groundlings for a bit), and reading (Drop some recommendations!!!)! I thoroughly enjoy waking up as early as I do for this job, and look forward to continue this journey with all of you at Samueli. Peace and much love to ya.
