Kristie Kender joined Samueli Academy in 2026 and serves as Development Coordinator. She brings more than ten years of experience in fundraising operations, donor stewardship, and event logistics, with a passion for connecting organizations with the resources they need to advance their missions. Kristie holds a Master of Social Work from California State University, Fullerton, and has a background in nonprofit development and relationship building. At Samueli Academy, she supports the school’s fundraising efforts, with a particular focus on grant development, helping secure resources that expand educational opportunities and support student success.
