I began playing golf in high school and got a scholarship to play at California State University, Bakersfield. I graduated with my Bachelors Degree in Public Policy and Administration. I then completed my Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at CSUB.
I was very fortunate that my part time internship turned into a fulltime job after graduation. I worked at an outsourcing Human Resources Company for 5 years. I worked with companies as small as 2 employees and as large as Silicon Valley cancer research companies. I then went back to school and got my teaching credential at Point Loma Nazarene University. I taught 8th Grade Math and GATE Algebra for 4 years in Shafter, CA.
In my free time I love going to new coffee shops, working out, hanging out with my dog Blue, and listening to podcasts and audiobooks.
