First Week of School and Materials Pickup
First Day of School
First day of school is VIRTUAL on Wednesday August 12. All students will report to a single zoom room point of entry for grade level rotations.
7th and 9th-12th NEW students will receive a login link for their zoom entry class during chromebook and materials pickup.
10-12th grade returning students will receive their logins via their Samueli Academy email. Please confirm that your student’s email is working and they are currently receiving school emails.
FIRST DAY SCHEDULE
8:30-10:30 AM Students will participate in grade level workshops
11:00 AM Students will report to their advisory teachers for the first time this year (links will be provided during grade level workshops)
12:00 PM School wide assembly (link will be provided to advisory teachers)
12:15 End of first day live content
Students will begin classroom-based instruction on Thursday August 13.
Aeries Authorizations
ALL parents or guardians should have completed your Aeries authorizations by the date/time of your materials pickup. Click here for instructions on how to complete your authorizations.

7th grade students Tuesday, August 11.
- Students with last names beginning with A-L 8 AM to 12 PM
- Students with last names beginning M-Z 12 PM to 4 PM
9th grade students Monday, August 10.
- Students with last names beginning with A-L 8 AM to 12 PM
- Students with last names beginning M-Z 12 PM to 4 PM
10th grade students Monday, August 17th 4:30PM to 6:30 PM.
11th grade students Tuesday, August 18th from 4:30PM to 6:30 PM.
12th grade students Wednesday, August 19th from 4:30PM to 6:30 PM.
